Takeda Nobushige was the son of Takeda Nobutora and the younger brother of Takeda Shingen and was a renowned as a talented general.
Biography[]
Takeda Nobushige was the younger brother of Takeda Shingen and was one of the Takeda's twenty-four generals.[1] Despite being disinherited due to his brother Takeda Shingen's revolt against there father Takeda Nobutura, Nobushige still served Shingen faithfully.[2] Takeda Nobushige was killed in the fourth battle of Kawanakajima,[3] by the Uesugi's Kakizaki Kageie during a carefully organized attack.[4]
